ONLINE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

Instructions to Authors

Please select each question you would like to answer from each section. There are two blanks at the end of each section where you can write your own interview question if desired. There is a section at the end to write reminders for yourself of things you’d like to talk about for your questions. In that section, refer to the question number for your note (i.e., “C2 – The smell of lilacs outside my window”). Your choices and notes will form the basis of our outline for your interviews.

Wherever possible during your interviews, try to include details about what was going on in the world and in your community at the time. It will also be valuable to your loved ones and friends to hear not only what happened in your life, but how you felt about it. Please take your time during the interviews to remember sensory details that will help bring your reader or listener closer to your experiences and discoveries.
